Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking a Seasonal Porch styling or Garden Party through Potager by Design, you agree to the following:

• Deposit Requirement
  A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

  • Seasonal Porch deposit: $100

  • Garden Party deposit: $100

• Balance Due
  The remaining balance is due at or before the date of your scheduled installation or event.

• Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance may be rescheduled once at no additional charge.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will forfeit the deposit.

  • No-shows will result in a forfeiture of the full deposit.

• Access to Your Property
  Please ensure we have clear, safe access to your porch or event area at the scheduled time.
  If access is blocked or unsafe, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit may be forfeited.

By completing your booking and deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
